Been catching up on the iplayer with Jeremy Vine on radio 2.

Just wanted to share an amazing lady that Jeremy Vine had on his show yesterday. Her name is Dr Kate Granger. She works 3 days a week at a pathways hospital for people at the end of their life. She specialises in elderly care - I had a tear because she has terminal cancer and continues to do the job that she loves so much.

I felt touched at her dedication and not wanting to step back to enjoy her valued time with family. Wub
